We normally ship to Continental U.S. and most international destinations. If you are concerned about the shipping/handing time, please contact us directly for the best rate and service. Our professional representatives are always ready help.

Always provide your phone number as the courier may need to get in touch with you to complete the delivery. Also we may need to call you to verify order information/address.

 

Returns & Replacements

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping we will send out the replacement part along with pre-paid return materials for a hassle free exchange. We accept returns for refund up to 14 days from date of arrival. Returns for store credit up to 30 days from date of arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned parts are incomplete, or if the component shows signs of tampering. We reserve a right to levy a 15% minimum restocking fee (in cases of non material defect, customer measurement error, and general buyer's remorse).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. High value orders ($2000 and above) please contact us for alternate arrangements. Our discounts are applied before taxes and can be seen prior to completing the check out process. We reserve the right to withdraw from all sales from any promotion due to human or computing error.

If you are a high volume buyer or require a large number of parts for a special project, please contact us for bulk pricing and setting up an account.

Drop Shipping Policy
We welcome dropshippers to place orders on our site, just contact us to notify us of the order number and state that your order is a dropshipment and we will be sure not to include any additional paperwork.
