Do you take phone in orders?
Sorry, our staff are not allowed to accept Phone In Orders per company policy. 
All orders must be placed via the website. Our staff can walk you through the process but they cannot do it for you.
We discourage phone in orders because information accuracy may be compromised. 


I would like to inquire about an order from Ebay/Amazon, can you help me with that?
Sorry, we cannot, We only deal with orders placed on MettleAirStore.com. Any inquires from eBay/Amazon(those two platforms) must be dealt with via those sites' e-messaging systems, in compliance with their communication policies, and also to avoid confusion between drop ship sellers / 3rd Party Distributors. 


Is my credit card information secure on your website?
Our website offers the latest SSL security encryption for secure and easy payment by Visa or Mastercard.
